-1/3 of your day

Research shows that we spend 1/3 of our day recovering from interruptions and managing our desktop.  That's 13 hours a week lost to managing work.

Multitasking Inefficiency

In 2017 it is estimated that 40% of our day is lost to multitasking inefficiencies.  It's time to break the habit.

+5 Hours a Week

Users estimate that Wolf Flow can save 5 hours a week from managing work on the computer by better organizing their flow.  That's an extra hour of sleep a night to crush tomorrow's work.
